The January 2012 of Mine

Yes, now is in the mid of January.
From 1st to 15th I have went trough a lot... WTF only 15 days of the year 2012!
Serious! Omg, what I need to do is continue to fight!
Only 15 days - non working days = I HAD WORK FOR SO HARD AND YET HE IS ENJOYING HURTING ME!
If without my team mates and my manager, I would had gone from this very extremely good company and would have say bye to good people and say farewell to good customers.
Work, is always with stress and difficulties, challenges, people, socialism... This isn't hard because this is a must to be completed with an outstanding performance!
Now I'm struggling with people who oversensitive, never appreciate, enjoy plotting and badmouthing everything on what I did that he is suppose to lead me but instead he is destroying me...
15 days in January I'm still living in hell, barely climbing up from the level 18th hell to level 17th =.='
Dear father who is living in the heaven and GOD bless me please... I wanted to continue to fly with colors! I don't want to believe with him to destroy me would have so easily, I want to be brave and fight back!!!

My rating oh no... my evil manager and director rated my this year performance 2.7 out of 5!!!

Tsk! WTH!

I've worked so hard, accepted all new task assigned, me without experience I knew very well myself has achieved more than the suck rating score!

I love my company so much and why it came two gorillas ruined my stage >.> Bless you~ in the other way round xD

Oh well...

I'm not suppose to give my 100% all into my career! >>>> My next year solution yahoo!

Well, god knows how I loved my job =)

But true, this year has given my the greatest challenge ever...

I've to say sorry to anyone who have hurt by me in this year....

I've to say I love you to anyone who love me in this year...

I've to say I miss you to someone who I've missed to talk to this year...

See, this is how I've wasted my time in 2011... *sigh*

Anyhow, I need to continue my path that I've chosen since last year until next year.

Hopefully people who surrounding me will continue to give me support and I can continue to be better...

Am I?

I was so excited whenever my alarm is waking me up, telling me it is time to work!
However this doesn't last long for me...
Nowadays, whenever my alarm is waking me up, I feel like "Argh! I Don't want to go to the field!"
I clearly know why my feeling towards my beloved office, has fade away.
Because, my bosses lost the faith on me and so do I...
They judge, no! They didn't judge but their narrow mind set judged me. It slowly and unconsciously pulling me away from my performance stage.
Just because of my innocent actions that made a few misunderstanding in between us. Which I personally though that my boss should have trust me in a way, that I am working with him, team up with him and he is my boss, he is with me, together we reach the goals that given by our boss.
After yesterday, I realized, I am not suitable to be here, this is a place that I shouldn't begin with.
I was love my job very much!
I love my team mates!
I love my bosses!
I love my company mission statement!
I love my colleagues!
I love my customers!
But, night mare didn't stop since my father past away.... Since the beginning of my new role assigned by my boss.
I have no experience, I have no chance to get a proper lead, their expectation on me is just too high just because they do not know me well, they dont know what I'm working on during the days that they have not joined company, and at the end...
Screwed up my appraisal, rating is suck until myself can't believe myself is that suck in working out my role.
I have been told that I need to learn the logical way that as a boss will think...
In my own perspective, I think that it's just because I couldn't find the logical as they said, that's why I'm still not capable to work as a management officer.
Am I wrong to have a though an actions like that?
Am I?
I didn't say anything to anybody but to talk to my own blog...

It's Not My Fault When...

I was such a fool~ Work for money~ Work for live~

Work is taking a part of my daily routine about 12 hours almost everyday...

Yesterday is the day I've done my appraisal, which is the most shameful rating that I got in my life after I've been work for x time companies... WTH!

Seriously, If you do not know me, please don't rate my performance like this... I've work for so hard that no body knows and aware since I don't like to showoff!

It is not my fault when I able to finished my daily task and turn my way to back home after office hour...

It is not my fault when I didn't do overtime work when I got nothing more daily task to work with...

It is not my fault when the I didn't make showoff myself...

It is not my fault when people didn't see my strength since I didn't showoff which I don't like to do...

It is not my fault when people didn't give me a chance to maximize my performance...

So, your rating on my appraisal only will makes me sick and soon I will leave for good~

God, bless me please... Help me to get away from these evil things happened on me!

I'm just the normal human who wanted to work for live only and peace...

I want to REST!

I was working hard for so long~ really long...
After I served as an employee after a year, I took a 7 days rest within 2 weeks...
and I continue to work hard, even Saturday...
I know, I'm not self-center but my physical and mental are both tired!
I can't perform anymore if I keep working like this...
I request, a reasonable one, a proper rest day with an outing with my friends...
I can't believe I got questioned like a prisoner!
Enough is enough, I work for live, is not live to work...
I didn't sell my life to you, honestly I'm still working to the best as I can!
I got pressured by customers, by boss and now you came, you too giving me unneeded pressure!
If you think that I'm not deserved it, just do whatever you like to kick me out will do.
My life is still okay even without you, please bear in mind!

Work vs Word

I choose to work, but I didn't choose to get scold.
No matter how nice the word I choose. still it can't help me with my work.
I manage my word however my word didn't work.
My work knocking me off with the word they used.
What should I do? Continue?
I admired and love TVXQ and JYJ so much!
I'm keeping myself to be strong like them!
They've been trough so many obstacles and they're still facing their new obstacles every minutes and every seconds.
Compare to them, mine is just a small stone!
I must keep my self work very well with my own word!

I always wonder, how it would be if I'm doing this, if I'm doing that.

Knowing that it will not become as what I expected myself to be, but this is how I always think...

Be myself!
Although while being myself I will lose myself too since sometimes I'm too considerable about others, sometimes I'm too forgetful!

Yes!

I do, because I'm keeping myself to think wise and living with the best happy mood as I can.

Somehow, it doesn't work since I got too many works to do!
My schedule is about work, work, work and work.

No matter how hard I try, still couldn't beat my inner-self.
While I'm working harder, my employer expect me to work much more harder.

While I need a rest, my employer expect me not to rest!
Am my life suppose to be like this? I'm trying to make a change, but I was worried too much and failed to bring myself to keep the balance in between work and my rest.
Am I suppose to stop now, or I suppose to move on?
Am I suppose to accept this, or I suppose to give-out?
Am I suppose to think twice, or I suppose to go ahead without thinking?
I've lost too much of precious time on my career, however without my career I couldn't move on my life.
My goal, is to get my dreams come true and to meet my goal, I need to work!!!!
Seriously, I need a break!

人生，有很多选择。。。就是父母亲不能选，兄弟姐妹不能选。。。

坦白说，我的家庭虽然不完美，但是我还是抱着希望我的家庭能够和睦共处。。。

事实确是，希望本来很难实现。有人说，希望是能够实现，需要计划，需要行动，就能实现。

但为什么我想要我的家庭和平却没办法。。。

父亲离开了我们，留下了一大笔债务。母亲这个时候回来，我应该很高兴，但却带来更多的烦恼。哥哥那不负责任的态度和行为让我和妹妹们活在辛苦的屋檐下。我很高兴，妹妹们没有让我操心。但就因为母亲爱哥哥的这颗心及恨父亲的这颗心让我好难过好难过。。。

我很努力的替母亲找了一份能寄托的工作，她却还没放下那十几年没好日子过的埋怨，继续埋怨，她还没能接受不是少奶奶的事实，继续依赖。我和大妹都很辛苦，因为原来一个人如果再怎么不想行动，真的是不会付出行动。。。哥哥也一样的，每天说忙开会，但却一点家的负担都没扛下。小妹还想继续念书，我和大妹都很累了，却应为这都是我们的家所以我们还继续努力的工作。。。到底几时母亲和哥哥才会改变，我和妹妹们都已经尽力了。。。

I though I was long forgotten about my blog, but it seems like I often coming back without update it... It's my bad that my blog has lost its use as a blog while I did not return to types some alphabets on it! iPhailed!!!
It's been, almost a year... Since I started my career path, I've abandoned my own interest;Watch anime, listen music, active in forums, update blog, drink hot chocolate, cook breakfast and many more... What a big lost while I'm doing my job passionately at the same time I forgot about my own happiness unconsciously. In another way, I learn a lot! I met a lot of peoples, I face a lot of obstacles, I went trough a lot of issues... but I enjoyed it! From colleagues to friends, from friends to family...
I was once met a bunch of crazy peoples!
~They were my best partners in 'crime' xD We laugh together, sing together, eat together, drink together, sleep together, shout together, cry together, dance together! It was fun but soon I realized that, we will change. I'm glad that we're not changed dramatically, but change for our own good sake. They were so lovely and they're now a good couple! Wish they stay happy together!
~They were my best teammates xD We were in training together, went trough test together, answer calls together, work together, complain together, share our stories together! It was fun but soon realized that, our paths are different. Luckily each of us has found our own path and continue to shine. They were so nice and sweet peoples that we went trough hardship period! Wish we will continue to shine!
~He was such a good manager to me, he leaded a brighter future to me, to let me have a good future. We were so busy and went trough a lot of our first time! First time meeting with leaders, first time training with leaders, first time organize an event together, first time became emcee together, first time succeed a promotion together! It was fun but soon it ended, he went to another place for his good sake and I continue to walk my path, continue the task that has been assigned to me since we're a team.
~My beloved father, the most important person to me in my life... He went to a place that far away from me... Up to the high sky that i cannot reach, to watch me shine... Dear father, I love you so much! Although it was only twenty years you take care of me, but for me it's an eternal and the greatest love ever! You are such a 100% good father to me! I miss you so much! Every time when I'm down, every time when I'm lost, you will appear in my mind, to tell me to be strong, continue to walk my path and to make you proud! Thank you so much father! For being someone, who love me so much, please protect me as always! Father, rest in peace... I will be here to let you watch over me...

Here was my update for whole the year, so many happening, so many changes, so many happiness and so many sadness. I guess, this is the most memorable year ever...

Now I got a new manager, and also a team mate, soon will have more team mates. However because of my lake of public relationship skill, my presence has been erased by my own team mate and my manager as well. I'm wondering, will I still able to continue the path that my previous manager has believed in me. Hope that some day my new manager will see my performance and result. I'm tired, really tired... I'm so weak that I let others to erase my presence easily. I hope I can do better...
Now I got new friends, friends that really concern about my everything, they smile and cry with me! I don't know if they will be my best friends forever, I hope they will be the one...
Now I got new interest! Swim and gym! I prefer swim though, I can wear my cute swim suit!
The end of this post, is my most terrible high fever day... I hope I will come back to update more often, not to let my blog feel lonely =)

Rainbows

I don't know if consider today is a good day for me, however I was so happy before the dawn!
While on the way to my home sweet home after a tiring day in the evening 7pm...
I saw a rainbow, which isn't rare to see since my country known as a rain forest.
Rains will never away from this place like almost daily xD
So the rains made us rainbow~^.^

Today, rainbows made my day - Happy! lol
Awkward isn't? No body makes me happy but rainbows^.^
I saw a rainbow in the sky while I was enjoying the breezy air since it's raining after a hot day...
Without hesitation, I took out my iPhone and snapped the first photo.
I viewed my photo next and found that... It's double rainbows in the photo! O.O
Though it's a reflected from a wind screen of my car... >.>
Then I look at the sky again, doubly... Is that really a double rainbows? ...? o.O
My car moving forward while I'm doubting it, oh wow! =O
A double rainbows which I never seen in my life =D
I happily and can't wait to reach home~ XP
One of the rainbow is so huge and the other is darkening before I reach home.
I was like.. Oh jesus! Let me fly to home immediately with my car! lol

Finally I reached home! I intend to share this beautiful natural scenery with my friends then my snap photos mode activated xD
While I enjoying the scenery despite the rain is falling...
The rainbows like whispering at me to tell me to stop and try to be happy...
I was thinking while seeing the rainbow slowly covered by clouds and be gone in the sky....
I really need to be glad and be appreciate every seconds, every surrounding person, scenery...
Stop for a short while, take a look around... To enjoy the beautiful of the natural^.^
Sometime, I can't help myself to walk faster, move in speed, eats, works, talks... Not the god-speed-like but it's fast compare to other people around me...
This evening, the di-rainbows made me stopped O.o
Made me felt that I was missed out many good things around me... >.>
Regretting that I didn't use the time that I had to loves everyone around me... T.T
And the night falls...

Well, I always think optimistically however... Sometime things just keep put you down again and again...
I was failed an assessment again today.
First thing, I was disappointed into myself because I didn't try my best after I looked back myself during doing the assessment.
Second, while my other assessment was segregate by leader to somebody, I heard a comment which was made me shocking!

"No no no! I don't want mark her assessment, it's a pain!"

Hell yeah, I admitted my handwriting isn't good and my explanation sucks >.>
Oh well, have to work harder! So... I continue to keep myself away from those negative comment, continued my day.
There it goes my day, finally in the evening I received a good news.
Which I got an offer by an employer, the pay is higher like 1.5 times from my current pay.
Next depressed comment that I heard while I share the so called good news to one of my sibling and I know my sibling's partner is looking for a vacancy...

"If you're interested let me know okay?" - My line =D

End up I got a reply from my sibling...

"Only that much of pay???" - =O

I, unconsciously move my way back into my room...

My godness! What a depressing day!

I realized it a long time ago, my income is nothing compare to my sibling however it's sad when I just happened to found my own sibling looked down at me.
I was embarrassed while I'm happily recommending the vacancy to the person who I wish to share the good thing with however...
._. however was put down by the person's partner a.k.a my sibling...
So tell me, how should I deal with this negative thoughts?
While I'm feeling happy is always the time my sibling to pull me down...

O.o my sibling???
I wonder... >.> I should stay alone inside my comfortable room instead though. >.<

是的，很熟悉对吧！这是一首来之我最仰慕以及崇拜的偶像，王力宏的曲子。
其实，跟我的心情没什么关联。只是，我真的在想。。。
此刻，他的心里想起谁。昨晚也一样，很难入眠。心里的感觉像是柠檬的味道一样，酸溜溜的。。。
大约在床上翻来翻去了两个小时才进入梦乡。
真的很难入睡的我却又在睡醒之前梦见了他。
是他把我叫醒，我很想继续梦见他但我无法再进入同一个梦里面。就这样，心也是和昨夜一样酸溜溜的。。。
生气的狠狠的赏了自己一个耳光! 讨厌自己为什么忘不了他，对他又爱又不能爱。。。
我也突然发烧了，有那么巧合吗?! >.>
在这时。。。他在MSN里出现了，而且还和我谈起话来。

Despite our distances and separation, this V.I.P always cheers me up, makes my day. As the tittle said...
What is "Anti-social"?
According to the definition in Cambridge dictionary, it means: harmful to society/often avoiding spending time with other people.

Base on the first point: Harmful to society! Nah~ I'm not a smoker, not a drunker, not a beggar, not a terrorist, also not a member of rebels so yes! I'm not harmful to society.
Second : Often avoiding spending time with other people! Eh....?!

I'm a person who're love being alone and very , ridiculously, overwhelmingly avoids spending time with peoples around me face to face but, I do keep in touch with them using communication tools such as cellphone, messenger, email and forum.
Does it mean I'm an anti-social person? I'm struggling with this easy and yet complicated question.
I'm not talkative when I meet any peoples around me and most of the time I feels just don't want to talk but I'm a good listener by nodding head by saying :
" Hmm, I see.. Ah~ That's why... Okay... Understand..." xD

But I became talkative while talking on the phone, or talking to my siblings and my best friends by asking :
"Hmm, I see but why? Ah~ That's why but... Okay but maybe... Understand so..." XD
What's wrong with me? I'm a strange person or am I a person who're with minor multiple personalities disorder? =/

*Laughs out loud* Any way I just come to the conclusions... I'm just hate to being asked by these questions such as...
"Hey, how are you doing?"
"What are you doing recently?"
"Where is your boy friend?"
Argh~~~ D8 It makes me repeat my answers again~
"I'm doing good, thanks for asking."
"Nothing much lately."
"I'm single." >.>
Just imagine, you're eating instant noddles three meals a day, everyday.... =.=''

Next, my second conclusion is... I'm afraid of social with strangers, a person that difficult to reach by anyone even my family.
I don't wish to let anyone walks into my world, knowing my nervousness, touching my sadness, voicing my thoughtlessness, manipulating my toughness.
I'm tired and decided to stop at here. If I found another conclusion, I will do post it again^^

A Sleepless Night...

It's odd... When you're snuggling on your comfortable bed with your favorite blanket after a tiring day, you'll fall asleep in seconds most of the time...
That is how I feels most of the nights but tonight, there are some memories flashing back in my mind like playing a movie in-front my eyes.
Again, I'm feeling so lost... Not only that, the feelings that I've forgotten and left behind was once hugging every inches of my skins and whispering inside my heart.
Like a movie player, clicking rewind button...
Watching at all the scenes with you and me as the starring,...
From strangers to friends, as a friend and became a closer friend and even became a lover but at the end, we're back to the beginning as strangers.
I was trying to flush away all my nonsense thoughts but it seems like not easy...
That's what made my sleepless night tonight, my recipe...

The recipe: With 10 pieces of my memories, 8 liters of your voices stirs it with 4oz of my smiles then pour into a heart shape mold gently, adding some sweet promises as the topping then bakes it for minutes.

However, I forgot the timing of baking it and my recipe is failed which mean, I'm the failure.
Failed to got rid of your promises,
failed to shaken off your sweetness,
failed to forget your gentle,
failed to threw away those pieces that you'd occupied inside my heart.
Knowing that you've suffered from many relationships but I did not do my best to loves you and made you disappointed, is my greatest of regret in my life at the moment.

I'm listening to the music that we love, it's sweet and sour like a glass of lemonade.
I can't deny myself that loves lemonade so much and nowhere to blame at.
Yes, I accepted the faith like you've told me and trying to be an independent person like what you've advised.
Thank you, for gave me such precious memories. I'm cherishing for what am I having now^^

Oh, it''s just because I am still alive, of-course I need food to survive.
Look, it's just a dinner and I considered it's not an outing so... be prepare to drools^^
Oh, what did I have for my dinner today? Umm...

Dearly sisters again keeps begging me to go for a dinner >_<'' I have no appetite to eat but forced too T.T So we went to The Gardens ~ Italiannies. Oh no... traffic jam and we begun our journey on 6Pm and we reached at 7:30Pm. What the... And my sisters made the order... "Spaghetti, pizza, pie..."

Chinese New Year - 5th Day Outing

Wee~ Yesterday is a great day for... random XD
I was wanted to stay at home but my dearly sisters keep begging me almost an hour just for an outing.
Lol... Yeah... so i am going out with them, together with her boyfriend as well, that's why i called it as... random day^^
Oh yeah, haven't wash the car and it's dirty... XD

So we went to The Gardens and surprisingly... no traffic jam and tons of empty car parking lots^^
Steps on the escalator, to the Ground floor and wow...It's so beautiful^^ random as well, because i love pink color XD

Meh... my both sisters decided to go for a lunch, Japanese foods^^
Actually we wanted to have a lunch at Sushi Zanmai but I don't want to be there for some reasons.
Then we went... to Pasta Zanmai! Nani?! O_O Zanmai again?! Boo... Zanmai is so popular nowadays^^
After orders been taken and I am off to Shoujikiya Japanese Shop to buy my favorite ice-cream with only Rm 5.90 ($1.60 USD)
Yummy! I had finished off the ice-cream before the foods place in front of me XD
Okay, what did we had for our lunch? We had.... Lol... I will show you the photo instead of introduce to you^^

Chinese New Year - 3rd Day Outing

Yesterday, a day reunion with my buddies during this Chinese New Year.
7 persons gathered together but i am the one and only lady O_O Eek?! What?! A lady with six other guys?
XD Yeah, that's my buddies...

We went to have the first 3hours spending on the Karaoke session at Sungai Wang Green Box
(>_<'' We're suppose to be at Pavilion Red Box+ and changed the location due to the timely manner) With only MYR 11.00 ($3 USD) with bottomless drinks and one potion of lunch each person. That's incredibly cheap ever^^ and the lunch is yummy as well, lucky! Okay, during the sings session i was realize that... Oh my! O_O I am totally out from all the songs because i didn't listen to the Chinese hits music for long T.T I can't believe i didn't know any song from the list that they had chosen and ended up they dedicate some songs special for me^^ Ended up I am the fan that shouts and claps hands at the corner of the room "la... la... la..." That's the only tones i know to sings Lol...

Next, we went to a Hi-tea. where to go?
Though of i can get my favorite Starbucks and gosh! Raining! T.T
Forced to take a seat at Coffee Beans Cafe and started our chats session in the next 3 hours before going for dinner.
I got a regular potion of drink, Belgian Chocolate and noooooo... x_x'' It's taste ewww... for me!
I should choose Esprit Raspberry juice since I love raspberry so... much^^
During the chats, we talks about how we meet, why we're here and so on...

I lost my appetite after a though and i ate 4 sticks of chicken meat satay only.
We spend almost another 3hours because raining as well... *sighs*
One of my buddy came back from oversea and we had a "Q&A" for his life during he is oversea.
He was told us about him, and we found that he is really in the deep of depression "road"
We decided to give him a 2hours "therapy" Hmm... Hope and wish he'll gets better^^

What? Another 3hours? We're... playing mahjong but i am still an00b, i got a master to teach me how to play it.
That's goes my 12hours outing for my day of yesterday and finally, i got my time to online^^

Chinese New Year - 2nd Day Outing

Okay^^ This is actually the 2nd day Outing during Chinese New Year (27th January 2009, Tuesday)
Me and my friends are off to Genting Highlands On time 12pm after a McDonald's "Brunch" ( Breakfast + Lunch = Brunch) Well, is the word of "Brunch" does exist? XD I don't know^^
We though the way to Genting will be traffic jam but *Lol...*
It's not at all, we reached around 1pm and along the way is smooth.
After we got the car park and heading to the outdoor theme park.
We "Q" to buy the tickets and wow...
It's Public holiday, the price of outdoor theme park ticket increased from MYR 38 ($ 10.50 USD) to MYR 44 ($ 12.20 USD) and Express ticket is MYR 66 ($ 18.30 USD, need no to queue) >_<'' It's quite expensive and it's peak time so yeah. The major votes goes to.... *drums rolls* MYR 44 ticket win... *sighs* What's the big deal to queue since we have time for fun^^ No complaint please lady! T.T Got to pay before we have our fun... Hooray! Time for us to have fun! *claps hands* we heard sounds of "screaming" and getting excited XD First we runs to play our first game... Pirate Ship^^

We bought some Baskin-Robbins Ice-cream during one of us "Q" the line.
Three scoops for MYR 25.50 ($ 7 USD) for Chocolate, Premium Churned Light Vanilla and Chocolate Fudge.
Actually we don't want Chocolate flavor but the "stall boy" accidentally give us chocolate flavor!
Bleh~ I wanted to stick out tongue at him because we forced to have the chocolate flavor ice-cream which is not tasty at all >_<'' I miss my favorite Green tea ice-cream =D Woot! Woot! The Ox Lunar year 2009 is finally came^^
May all the best of the best to everyone and myself XD Eek?! Of-course to myself as well...
Hoping that i can forget all the worst and remember the best! =D (Well just because of the last lunar year had made me the worst most of time...)
During the last day of the past lunar year, i had been busy for whole day.
25th January 2009
6:00 Am - Woke up from bed and so on. Then made a breakfast for myself and my sisters but dearly sisters haven't wake up XD
8:00 Am - Checking emails updates, blogs, and forums.
10:00 Am - Doing laundry and housekeeping, cleans up^^
2:00 Pm - Going out for a lunch myself because had an argument with my sister. I didn't eat anything because all Chinese food stalls are closed since today is Chinese New Year Eve.
3:00 Pm - Got a call need for helps. Went to my buddy house doing housekeeping and cleaning, meh...>.> it's tired.
7:00 Pm - Finally went home and sad T.T My dearly sisters ordered Domino's Pizza and both of them finished it without reserved a piece for me. Oh Pizza! Oh Chicken Wings! XD
10:00 Pm - Daddy came home and decided to visit my aunt at Kota Damansara. Taking bath, put on new clothes and make-up, touch-up XD Daddy said: "We're late... move faster..." Lol
26th January 2009
12:00 Am - Happy Chinese New Year^^ (I wanted to take some photo during the visits and send my greetings to all but my mobile phone out of battery.) Talks to my aunt and uncles and having a LATE dinner. Hooray! Got four red packets^^
2:00 Am - Going home and oh my! It's now 3:34 Am! I need to bed but ended up i am here^^

Okay, i know there's no body will concern about what i have done but this is what i done during the last of the day past lunar year^^
It's like... umm... Imperfects makes perfects! What the... XD
Which means, i am feeling down even this is a new year because i did nothing special for the last day of the lunar year especially the person i love had forgot me, i bet T.T
